A: We regret to inform you that our promotional facial treatment is only valid for new customers or existing customers who had not visited us for the past 24 months.
Q: Is there a minimum age to participate in Shakura’s promotion?
A: Yes, Shakura’s promotions are open to all participants aged 18 years and above. Nevertheless, if you are below the age of 18 and wish to participate in our promotion, companion of a legal guardian on your first visit will be required.
Q: I had purchased an online voucher for Shakura’s treatment(s). How do I redeem the voucher?
A: For the redemption, you may visit any of our Singapore outlets unless otherwise stated in the promotion. To ensure availability and minimise waiting time, Shakura advises all customers to make an appointment prior to your visit via our hotline. Please note that the voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of vouchers I can purchase?
A: As Shakura offers trials at a discounted rate to encourage new customers to try out our treatments before deciding if Shakura treatments are suitable for them, we regret to inform you that promotional treatment is limited to ONE redemption per new customer. Any unredeemable/unredeemed vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
Q: May I know the entitlement of the treatment voucher?
A: All first-time customers will be offered a free consultation with our friendly consultant to identify your skin issue(s). Thereafter, a facial treatment will be customised accordingly to the professional evaluation of your skin’s conditions.
